We offer Internet access as a free service within the scope of existing technical and operational possibilities. Temporary disruptions, for example due to force majeure, maintenance measures, or similar, cannot be ruled out.
We do not guarantee the actual availability, suitability, or reliability of Internet access for any purpose. For technical reasons, we also cannot guarantee a specific transmission speed.
Limitation of liability.
We accept no responsibility for any damage to your computer or any loss of data resulting from the use of our Internet access. In particular, we accept no liability for the content of websites accessed or files downloaded. Furthermore, we accept no liability for any infection with malware (viruses, Trojans, spyware, etc.) during the use of our Internet access.
Misuse of Internet access by guests.
By providing Internet access, we act as a neutral technical intermediary and have no influence on the content transmitted. Guests are responsible for the Internet content they access and/or distribute or make publicly available via the Internet access. Guests undertake not to misuse the Internet access. Misuse of Internet access includes, in particular

• the violation of copyrights and other rights of third parties, in particular the infringing use of so-called “peer-to-peer networks” or illegal “Internet file-sharing networks” (“illegal file sharing”),
• the distribution and public disclosure of harmful and/or illegal content, including the sending of unsolicited mass emails (so-called “spamming”) and viruses,
• the transmission of immoral, harassing, or otherwise unauthorized content, its posting on the Internet, or references to such content on the Internet,
• visiting websites with criminally relevant content, such as websites with seditious or child pornographic content, websites that incite criminal acts or glorify or trivialize violence, and websites that are likely to seriously endanger the morals of children or young people,
• intrusion into third-party data networks and attempts to intrude into third-party data networks (so-called “hacking”),
• use of applications or devices that lead or may lead to disruptions/changes to the physical or logical structure of the Internet access or other networks.

WLAN Security

The connection to our WLAN Internet access (Wi-Fi) is encrypted (WPA encryption). However, we would like to point out that even an encrypted WLAN connection does not offer comprehensive protection against third parties spying on data.

Indemnification

The guest indemnifies us against all claims by third parties based on illegal use of the Internet access by the guest or with their approval, or arising from copyright or other legal disputes related to the guest's use of the Internet access. If the guest recognizes or should recognize that such a legal violation has occurred or is imminent, they are obliged to inform us immediately. In the event of fault, the guest alone is liable for the damages incurred.
Usage data / data protection.
Insofar as we collect your usage data (IP address, connection ID, usage times, and traffic) in the context of Internet use via our Internet access, this data will of course be treated in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. We expressly point out that in the event of claims by third parties due to illegal use of our Internet access, we are obliged to evaluate the usage data in order to identify the respective perpetrator.
Violation of the terms of use.
If you violate these terms of use or we have reason to suspect that you have done so, we will be forced to restrict or block your Internet access. We accept no liability for any data you may lose as a result.
Disclosure of access data.
Use of our Internet access is limited to the duration of your stay in the vacation apartment. Access is granted by entering a password. This password must not be disclosed to third parties.
Further information.
There are no verbal side agreements. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
For the sake of simplicity, we use the term “computer” in this text. Our terms of use naturally apply to all Internet-enabled devices with which you use our Internet access.
